We will teach you how to read and understand your numbers so you can make smart business decisions, all geared towards increasing efficiency, increasing your bottom line and increasing your cash in bank! It can be easy as a new business owner, manager or start-up operator to fall in love with what you’re doing while ignoring the underlying numbers that will make or break your business. Learn to understand your numbers so you can identify the key problems that negatively impact your net profit and cash in bank.
If you don't have your numbers up-to-date, don’t know how to interpret your numbers, don’t regularly look at your numbers or make decisions off your numbers, take some positive action right now and start making your numbers a priority. We can assure you that if you do, you can make a real difference in your business and achieve the success you want for your business. You can learn valuable information and lessons about your business from your financial statements - you just need to know how to read them!

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
(a) Cancellations 10 days or more prior to the Workshop will attract a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 10 days prior to the Workshop will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 2 days prior to the Workshop are non-refundable.
(b) We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a Workshop (e.g. due to insufficient registrations) in which case we will offer you an alternative workshop date or a full refund of all registration fees.
(c) If you receive funding, we will refund you the funded portion, once you attend the workshop.
